Xiashu Zhou, a LL.M. graduate from Georgetown University Law Center in 2023. She got her LL.B. degree (cum laude) and Bachelor of Finance in Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in 2021. Passed the People’s Republic of China (PRC) bar examination. Before she joined our firm, she worked at a top Chinese law firm Capital Markets Team.

As a Junior International Associate, Xiashu is currently licensed to practice law only in the People’s Republic of China.
